The Holding Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates holdingco.com and a portfolio of subsidiary brands. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to direct communications with us. Subsidiary products may publish their own policies; where they do, those policies govern that product.

Information you provide. When you contact us by email or through a form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, our analytics tool (Matomo, self-hosted) records standard request data such as page URL, referrer, user-agent, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
Cookies. This site uses a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and basic site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and operate the site.
To understand aggregate usage and improve content.
To protect the site against abuse and security threats.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the site (e.g., infrastructure providers acting under contract) or as required by law.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.
